Obligation to update
Do you have an authorization to contract, still valid, issued by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP)? In this case, you must update your business information between June 2 and July 2, 2023.
This update is mandatory, even if there are no changes to be made and even if it is not your usual renewal period. It will serve as an annual update.
What should I do?
On June 2, you will receive a message in our E-services. This message will indicate the procedure to follow to make your update. You can also consult the Companion Guide for this purpose.
This update must be done through online E-services. If you don't have access to our online services or if you represent a foreign enterprise, you must use the necessary form.
Validity extended for two years
If your authorization to contract is valid on June 2, 2023, it will be automatically extended for two years. Its total duration will thus increase from three to five years. We will send you a confirmation email to this effect.
How do I prove the validity of my authorization?
Simply add a copy of the confirmation email to the authorization to contract letter that you usually attach to the bidding documents.
In any case, public bodies must consult the Register of companies authorized to contract or subcontract (REA) to ensure that any company interested in a public contract or subcontract holds authorization from the AMP. The REA therefore remains the reference.
